1Introduction

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) active account at max855 at any one time. If more than one account is detected for the same individual, max855 reserves the right to:

• Merging or closing the accounts in question without prior notice.
• Forfeiting any winnings or bonuses accumulated through duplicate accounts.
• Barring the individual from registering again on the platform in the future.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Max855 reserves the right to delay withdrawals that require additional review for security reasons, including where account activity patterns appear suspicious or KYC procedures have not been completed. In such cases, our team will contact you within 24 hours.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

Max855 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward new and loyal members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Every bonus has a wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. Rollover requirements will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never made a deposit before.

6General Game Rules

All games on the max855 platform — including slots, live casino, baccarat, table games, Sports Betting (EPL, Malaysia Super League, badminton), e-sports, and progressive jackpots — are subject to their respective game-specific rules.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is evidence of a technical failure that caused an invalid result.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, max855 will endeavour to restore the game to its last valid state. If this is not possible, the wager will be refunded to the member.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be reversed.

• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the games is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7Member Responsibilities & Obligations
